Shipping Policy

Shipping: We are not liable for for any lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. All of our shipments will require a signature for delivery. 

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. No changes to the address can be made once the order has been placed. Please ensure you have entered the correct address before the order has been placed. 

 

 

  • At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes

 

  • The billing and shipping information must be the same NO EXCEPTIONS

 

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the provided link. 

 

Processing time: Please allow 2-3 business days for hair to be shipped out.
